eso no es normal mira si te an puesto las escentricas del eje de la rueda que tensan la cadena al reves y por eso la rueda queda mas baja

si estan los dos lados igual si esta bien.
a ver si tienes algo del amortiguador mal y por eso esta mas baja la rueda.si no sin verla ya no se decirte mas.
